My client a top tier European bank is actively recruiting a Senior Associate level and also a Vice President level structurer to add talent to its London team.
The teams are heavily involved in pricing and product development of interest rates derivatives and also commodities.
The role will involve pricing and reverse enquiries of rates products for asset and liability side and also inflation, FX products and developing new trade ideas across these products.
Both positions are only available for structurers working in a FICC team at a good house with excellent mathematical skills and an innovative mind.

It is essential to possess the following criteria in order to be considered for this role:
-Excellent degree, ideally MSC level or PHD in a mathematical, engineering or hard science discipline,
-You must be either working as a financial structurer or a trader to be considered and ideally in a FICC team although my client would consider exceptional interest rate candidates.
-Strong pricing skills of exotic products.
It is also important to have a creative mind and innovative skills and any exposure to product development-especially developing index strategies or thematic products would be highly desirable.
